BJ has been with us from the beginning. BJ serves as the Associate & Youth Pastor, Elder, and Directs the Sound Ministry. BJ has an eager heart to support, encourage, and affirm those around him. He also has the desire to disciple and draw the youth within our community into a relationship with The Lord. We are thankful the Lord has made the Varney family such a key part of Transform!
Christian Jesensky
Worship Director
Christian has been a part of our Leadership Team since day one, and serves as the Musical Worship Director here at Transform. Christian has a heart full of compassion and desire to draw others closer to The Lord. Christian is known for bringing laughter with him wherever he goes. Christian and his wife, Heidi, are a great blessing to us.
Ellie Stephan

Ellie serves Transform as Office Administrator and Kids Ministry Director. Her love for Jesus and care for the kids not only in our church but in our community is evident through her commitment and affection. As she organizes and oversees our office, she continues to daily put people over process, and relationship over program. We are so blessed to have her in our family!
Todd Steele
Elder
Todd serves here at Transform as a Pastor, Elder, Security Team Lead, Men's Ministry Leader, and is very invested in the Youth Ministry as well. Todd has a heart for discipleship, and is someone you can always count on to be there for you. We are thankful for the Steele's, and the blessing it is to call them family.
Rob Hart
Elder
Rob has been a part of our Leadership Team here at Transform since the very beginning. Rob serves as a Pastor, Elder, Security Lead, and is a teacher for the Toddlers and Elementary age kids on our Kids Ministry Team. It's difficult to have a conversation with Rob without experiencing the joy that Christ so freely gives us. We are thankful for the Hart's, and are so glad they are a part of our family here at Transform.
