Lead Pastor | Elder
Mike serves here at Transform as the Lead Pastor, Elder, and as a Worship Leader. He gave His life to Jesus in Sunday School class at his church at the age of 6, and during his teen years, began to feel the call to ministry. After graduating he attended Calvary Chapel Bible College, and some years later he began Pastoral Ministry by going on staff at Calvary Chapel Rathdrum for 10 years as Youth/Worship Ministry Pastor before being called out to plant Transform Ministries in CDA in late 2019. Mike loves doing long term relational ministry through the expository teaching of the Scriptures, community groups, musical ministry and one on one discipleship.He has lived in North Idaho for 30+ years. He married his sweetheart Sarah in 2002, and they have been blessed with 5 amazing children.
Pastor | Elder
BJ serves as the Associate & Youth Pastor, Elder, and Directs the Sound Ministry. BJ was adopted into the family of God, by faith through grace at the age of 6, and recommitted his life to the Lord at age 14. He was born in Chico, California, but has lived in Idaho since the age of 2. BJ married his beautiful wife, Kaimi, in 2010 and in 2020, welcomed their first child, Dimitri into the world. BJ works alongside Mike in Biblically based Pastoral care for the Church Body, Shepherds the Youth Ministry, and serves as a Worship team member.
Christian accepted the Lord as his savior at the age of five, but rededicated his life to Him after being baptized at the age of 14. While in high school, Christian connected with Pastor Mike and began attending the youth group at Calvary Chapel Rathdrum. It was during this time Christian began learning the guitar, playing on the youth worship team, and eventually the Sunday morning worship team. He has since taken on the role of Musical Worship Director for Transform since its founding. Christian loves not only organizing and leading the Transform Ministries worship team - he also loves fellowshipping with and ministering to other young adult men as they navigate life beyond high school and college. Christian has lived in Coeur d’Alene since 2006. He and his wife Heidi, who were married in 2020, love to spend their free time cooking, going on long walks, and watching movies together.
Office Administrator | Kids Ministry Director
Ellie serves Transform as Office Administrator and Kids Ministry Director. Ellie was born and raised in Idaho, and has lived in the Coeur d’ Alene area since she was 13 years old. Ellie came to know Christ as her Savior at the age of 17. After graduating high school, she completed an internship at a local church and attended Calvary Chapel Bible College. Ellie directed the Kids Ministry at Calvary Rathdrum for 4 years, and has directed Transform’s Kids Ministry since the founding of the church in 2019. She is passionate about discipling young people, and investing in those around her.
Todd was born in Southern California and moved to North Idaho at the age of 14. He has been a follower of Jesus since childhood, and has served in ministry since high school. He has a deep love for studying and teaching scripture, and for a more deeply unified body built through relationship. He is happily married to his high-school sweetheart Julianne, and are proud parents to four children.
Rob serves as an Elder, and Security Lead. Robert is a devoted family man and a committed follower of Jesus and has dedicated his life to serving God and his community. He was born and raised in Southern California and at a young age accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior. After graduating from Brethren Christian High School in 1992, Robert moved to Eugene, Oregon, where he met the love of his life, Monica. They have been married for twenty years and have five children together. Robert and Monica have been a strong team, supporting each other through all of life's ups and downs. Over the years, Robert and Monica have lived in several different places, including Washington and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, where they have made their home for the past decade. They have been active members of Transform and both serve in the children's ministry.
